Our Story
Formally established in January 2021 as an Intrgovernmental Organization through the drafting of the constitutive act, it is recognized as such after the signature, approval and ratification of the founding treaty by the REPUBLIC OF GUINEA-BISSAU, according to the dictates of international law; the CJL has its roots in the NGO of the same name led by the current President Mr. MAMMANO Giuseppe, who has always been committed to the protection of human rights, humanitarian aid and an active member of the Civil Protection.
Thanks to the active commitment of the REPUBLIC OF GUINEA-BISSAU which has decided to promote and guarantee the protection of human rights, the CJL has become an important institution for the promotion of institutional missions abroad and internationally.
